Nolan's Baptism

Nolan was baptized on January 27th at St. Catherine's Church by Fr. Bill McFarlane. Our immediate family attended, and we had a celebration at our house after the baptism. We went to noon mass before the ceremony, and Nolan had enough by the time the baptism occurred. He was ready for a bottle and made it known to everyone at the baptism with his loud voice! There was one other baby baptized with Nolan...friends of friends of ours. It was a really nice ceremony. Nolan wore the O'Shea family christening gown made by Great Grandma O'Shea. Mommy and all of her cousins and their children were baptized in this family heirloom gown.
It was very special! We had a wonderful day with our family!

Nolan's Night with Pops and Grandmo

Daddy took Uncle Colin to Cincinnati to visit the Ohio Leonards last weekend. Mommy had a girls night planned with her friends. So...Pops and Grandmo took care of Nolan on Saturday night. They took Nolan to dinner at the Rosner's house. Mr. and Mrs. Rosner were taking care of their granddaughter that night, too. Nolan met Marisa and had an evening of fun!
Thanks to Pops and Grandmo for a fun night!

Nolan went on his first trip! He flew to St. Louis for his cousin Jack's first birthday party! He loved it! Nolan was the best passenger on the plane...he didn't even make a sound! On the way home, he slept through the entire process from waiting in the airport to boarding the plane, taking off, landing and getting in the car to go home. He can travel anywhere!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Our new year started with a beautiful snowfall. We took Nolan out to take a picture of him in the snow. He loved it! It was snowing while we were outside...we only stayed out long enough to get a few pictures!
