Ready For Summer?!
Nolan is so ready for summer! He is so excited to go swimming! We had a fashion show today to make sure that his swimsuits fit...and Nolan looks great in his trunks! Mommy found some trunks on clearance a long time ago, and Nolan fits in all of them! Check out the suits below!

Our Weekend in St. Louis
We went to St. Louis last weekend to celebrate Henry Prunty's baptism. It was lots of fun! Nolan was a great passenger...he slept about four hours each way. We can still take him anywhere!
Nolan was so excited to meet his newest cousin, Henry!
He also loved dancing with Jack!
We had a fun dance party!
Jack and Henry have a new swing set. Nolan and Jack had a great time swinging together!
Nolan went down the slide for the first time (with MoMo's help!).
He loved it! His bare legs held him up a bit since they stuck to the slide!
Nolan liked touching grass!
Pops and MoMo played golf with Jack and Nolan.
Henry is such a sweet baby...here he is in his christening gown.
Mommy and Henry's Uncle Jonathan are his godparents.

Nolan's First Tooth!
Nolan is getting his first tooth (on the bottom) after many, many weeks of teething. Finally! It is about 3/4 of the way through the gum. We tried taking a picture, but Nolan was not very cooperative! He visited the orthodontist today with Mommy, and Dr. Petty's team gave Nolan his first toothbrush. He loves it!
Of course, it went in his mouth immediately!

More Zoo!
Nolan and Mommy met their friends Suzi, Luke and Will at Brookfield Zoo today. It was such a fun day! The weather was sunny but cool at the beginning of the trip and turned really warm by the end of our trip. We saw lots of animals including polar bears, giraffes, lions, elephants and other animals in the petting zoo. It was a great day to be outside at the zoo while enjoying the spring weather!
Nolan and Will hung out in their strollers while Luke played at the big kid park.
A group of people at the zoo thought Nolan looked like Spiderman! It must have been a coincidence with the red shades and red/blue outfit!
Luke gave Nolan a kiss when we said good-bye near our cars. Nolan was so happy!
We loved visiting the zoo and will be back many more times!

Bye Bye Cradle
Mommy and Daddy decided to put away some new baby items since Nolan is getting so big. We kept the cradle in our living room for as long as possible. We love the cradle so much, but Nolan is really outgrowing it. His arms go out of both sides, and he can rock the cradle back and forth. We put his aquarium on his crib so that he can still enjoy his fish. We put the infant carrier car seat and the boppy chair away tonight, too. It was a sad night, but Nolan is on to bigger and better things! Mommy would love to keep Nolan as a little baby forever, but it is great to see him doing so many great things as he grows and develops!

Smiley and Sleepy
Nolan is teething so much these days. He has had a few sad days, but has been a trooper for the most part. He has been waking up earlier than normal because of his pain. His bottom gums are swollen, and we really hope those teeth pop through soon!
Here, Nolan is his usual smiley self...

He loves his tongue!
Happy Mother's Day!
Happy Belated Mother's Day! We had a great day! We went to Noni's house for brunch with Daddy's family and then to Aunt Mar and Uncle Ron's house for dinner with Mommy's family. Motherhood is the greatest gift in the world, and Mommy is so thankful for Nolan on her first Mother's Day!
