Nolan's First Br. Rice Basketball Game

Nolan went to his first Br. Rice basketball game tonight...he cheered the Crusaders on to victory (52-43) against the Oak Lawn Spartans in the regional tournament. Nolan loved the game and the great action with the players, cheerleaders and Crusader Crazies! He was a big hit with the fans. He also loved eating his hands which is currently one of his favorite things to do!

Life is good!

Tummy Time!

Nolan loved tummy time so much today...and then he fell fast asleep!

A Sunny Day!

We had a nice, sunny day today! The temperature was warmer than it has been, so we took a long walk. Nolan has been sick with a bad cold and cough since returning home from Florida, so we were so excited to get out of the house after some major cabin fever! Although Nolan has taken many walks in his buggy, today was the first time he rode without his infant carrier seat. Mommy is so sad that Nolan is getting so big...he is 18 pounds, and the infant carrier can only be used until he is 22 pounds or one year old. We are sure Nolan will reach the 22 pounds before one year old! We tried Nolan in the stroller without the carrier today, and he LOVED it! He is such a big boy! Nolan loved being able to look around while also enjoying a two hour nap during his long walk! We are so happy to have some sun, and we hope spring arrives soon!

Our Trip to Florida

Here is a preview...our chill baby lounging in Florida!

We went to Florida from February 7th-12th to escape the cold, snowy Chicago weather! We flew into Orlando and visited Uncle Pat, Aunt Clare, Caitlin and Sean in Apopka. We had a great time. There are lots of pictures from our trip...Nolan loved the warm weather and enjoyed the sunshine! We can't wait for springtime in Chicago!

We had a great time in Florida! It was so nice to get away since it is frigid and snowy in Chicago. We look forward to warmer weather soon...hopefully it is just around the corner!
