Friday Family Fun

The Wisconsin O'Sheas came to town on Friday night for Jack O'Shea's graduation party (which was on Saturday). So, a few relatives went to Pops and MoMo's house for some splashing fun at the pool.

Nolan was so excited to have Rose and Uncle Bill at his picnic table. The pizza was so yummy!

Ellen and Nolan played cars...they look like ninja turtles in their swimsuits!
They were very deep in conversation...

Hanging Out At Home

Nolan spends just about every waking hour of his day outside. He loves his outside toys, loves swimming and playing with water, loves eating at his picnic table and loves visiting with neighbors and friends. He is an outdoor guy! Nolan and Daddy went in the little pool tonight...along with Nolan's favorite cars! Nolan LOVES his cars and trucks!
He had lots of fun splashing Daddy!
He put some gas in his lawn mower. Nolan poured water on his slide and had lots of fun splashing.

He pointed out the birds, bunnies and squirrels in our yard.

Nolan took some rides in his Cozy Coupe.

He brought his cars with him.

Riding with cars is so much fun!

Nolan loves to open and close the car door and get in and out lots of times!

He loves playing with the hose, especially when he can sneak in a quick drink of water!

Nolan carried his garbage truck around all day and night.

He is so happy outside.

Nolan saw a squirrel up on a telephone wire.

He loves pointing to things and gets so excited to show everyone else his discoveries.

We love summer and are so glad the warm weather is here to stay!

Hanging At The Pool

Nolan is having a ball at Pops and MoMo's pool! He had lots of fun sending his cars down the slide into the baby pool! He had more dark chocolate raisins with Pops.
Life is good!

Nolan's rear looks great in a swim diaper! He has quite the physique!

Happy Father's Day!

We had Daddy's family over for brunch today to celebrate Father's Day. Nolan enjoyed a picnic meal with his cousins, Liam and Henry. Uncle Xavier and Daddy went golfing in the morning before the brunch.
Nolan took a quick picture with Grandpa. Daddy jumped in for a picture, too.
After Nolan's nap, we went to Pops and MoMo's house for a barbecue with Mommy's family.
Nolan had so much fun trying out the slide in the water.

GG was a good pusher, and Pops was a good catcher!

Nolan kept going back for more!

Sliding into the pool is so much fun!

Nolan and Pops took a little ride in the airplane.

Nolan loved pointing to Pops and MoMo's robot that cleans the pool.

Nolan slid into the pool many times!

He took a little break to go golfing with GG.

GG loves to golf and gave Nolan some good tips.

He put out some flag markers before pausing to watch the airplanes up in the sky.

Nolan went back for more pool time...with his golf club in hand!

Pops helped Nolan work on his swimming skills.

Nolan loves ants, and GG held one in her hand. Nolan thought it was very cool!

He loved splashing on the stairs.

Nolan and Daddy paused for a picture before dinner.

After dinner, GG and Nolan played cars for a long time.

Nolan plays cars for hours and loves every minute of it!

Nolan enjoyed having a new playmate.

Nolan and GG used the car tin to play the drums.

Nolan gave GG some wet kisses!

GG is so much fun!

Nolan helped Pops open his gifts.

He was really excited that Pops got a dark chocolate candy assortment.

Nolan was thrilled to share the dark chocolate raisins.

Dark chocolate raisins are a special treat for Pops and Nolan. Pops eats half, and Nolan eats the other half. Nolan excitedly waits in anticipation of his favorite treat!

Nolan had a freeze pop, too.

Then, he was ready to play bean bags.

He put the bags in many times. He even sorted them by color and put them in separate piles.

He stuck his face in the hole to be sure he had all the bean bags.

Nolan loves sitting in his red chair.

He climbed up on the bean bag board.

He reached inside to get the bags.

Daddy helped Nolan with the bags.

Nolan played a quick game of "knees" with Pops! Pops is so strong!

Aunt Maura tried to sit in Nolan's chair, and he pushed her away.

They had a stand-off with the red chair and small white table.

Aunt Mar gave Nolan a new fourth of July shirt with a firetruck and cars on it...Nolan LOVED it and immediately pointed to the details on the trucks and cars! He can't wait to wear it to a holiday party.

We had a great Father's Day filled with lots of family and fun. Nolan is loving the pool and summer weather! Happy Father's Day to all!
