Cereal!

Nolan had cereal for the first time tonight! He loved it and did very well!
He was not so sure about sitting in his high chair at first and became a bit upset. So, we gave him some of his bottle to calm him down.
Then, we started the cereal...
and kept it coming!
Nolan finished his bottle after the cereal and loved that, too!
Yummy...cereal is soooo good!
All cleaned up!
Nolan really liked his cereal and will be ready for some more tomorrow!
Nolan sat really well in his high chair...he enjoyed his first of many meals in his new chair from GG!

Our Weekend in St. Louis

We went to St. Louis this past weekend and had lots of fun. Daddy went to the Arch Madness Tournament with Pops and Uncle Kevin while Nolan and Mommy hung out with Aunt Kelly, Jack and MoMo. Everyone had a great time! Nolan slept in the car the whole time both ways during his first road trip. He passed the road trip test with flying colors!

Nolan's Four Month Stats

Nolan went to the doctor on Tuesday for his four month visit. Everything is great! Nolan's four month stats are quite impressive. He weighs 18 pounds, which is the 95th percentile. He is 25 inches long, which is the 50th percentile. His head is 43 centimeters, which is the 75th percentile. So, he is way above average with his weight and head, and his height is just average. Nolan is growing by leaps and bounds! He had four shots and one oral vaccination. He had little bandages where the shots were given...look near the top of his thigh for a peek. Nolan remained a happy baby despite the pokes! We may sign him up for the Bears as their next starting full back!

Uncle Colin's Confirmation

We went to Uncle Colin's Confirmation on Sunday at Most Holy Redeemer Church. It was such a nice ceremony, and Nolan was such a good boy. Nolan loved seeing his cousin Henry. We went back to Pops and Uncle Colin's house after the Confirmation for a celebration. It was a great day!

Four Months Old

Nolan is four months old! We cannot even believe it! Time really flies by when you are having fun, and we are having so much fun! Nolan goes to the doctor on March 4th for his four month check-up. We will post his stats after his appointment. These have been the best four months of our lives!

U of C Basketball Game

We went to watch the University of Chicago basketball game against Washington University on Saturday. U of C won...Nolan is a good luck charm! Pops is so excited...his team is going to the tournament! We will find out today when and where the Maroons will be playing!
Nolan's cousin Lizzy is holding him with her friends Mary Kate and Bridget
Nolan with MoMo and his friend, Ellie
(Ellie's Uncle Mike is the head coach)
FYI-Grandmo is now MoMo...we all decided that Grandmo is difficult for the babies to say, so MoMo is her new name!
