Swimming With Isabella

Nolan and Isabella had a swim date today. They had so much fun. Isabella is exactly one year older than Nolan, and Nolan just loves her! She was playing with Nolan in the pool and singing songs to Nolan after lunch. They are such good friends and are so sweet together!

Riding the Caterpillar

Nolan likes riding his caterpillar. It is so much fun!

Here is a picture of Nolan from the other side of the gate.
He kept trying to take the gate down.
Nolan was very determined.
Although Nolan is very strong, he realized that he cannot get the gate down and crawled away to find something else to do.
The gates are going to be around for a long time, so we hope Nolan gets used to them!

Grandpa O'Shea Memorial Golf Outing

Pops and MoMo hosted the Grandpa O'Shea Memorial Golf Outing on Saturday in honor of Grandpa O'Shea. The golf outing has been going on for many years and is always a fun family day. Nolan enjoyed swimming with everyone in the pool. There was so much to look at and so many people in the yard!
Nolan discovered the step up to the patio from the pool deck.
He also discovered the drains in the cement...how exciting!
Nolan went swimming with Daddy.

He discovered the rope in the pool...it was a day of new discoveries!
Nolan had fun with Timmy and Katie.
Aunt Mar fed Nolan his fiesta foods for dinner. He had a taco, refried beans, Spanish rice and guacamole. No margaritas for Nolan...that was Mommy's!
Aunt Kathey and Katy made the second generation babies t-shirts for the photo that we have been taking at every family party.
Johnny, Kylie, Nolan and Alexis look so thrilled to be taking pictures with each other!
Kylie gave Nolan a kiss!
Nolan was happy to walk around when the photo session was over.
He is getting so big!
Daddy's team won the golf outing...Scott, Andy, Brian (standing in for little Brian O'Shea) and Daddy.
A fun day was had by all!

Peanut Butter

Nolan loves peanut butter as much as Mommy! He is a big fan of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread. Nolan has great taste!

Nolan's First Softball Game

Nolan went to his first softball game last Thursday night to watch Daddy play. He wore his red baseball shirt to show his support of the Red team. Nolan must be a good luck charm because Daddy's team won by many runs. Go Big Red!

Huggies Box

Mommy was filling up Nolan's diaper basket, and he quickly discovered the Huggies box.

The box is so much fun and kept Nolan amused for a long time!
Then, he found the diaper champ and thought that was great, too.
The littlest things are so exciting!

Mommy's Shoes

Nolan loves to play in the closet every morning while Mommy is making the bed. He has the same routine... He opens the closet door and checks out the shoes.
Then, he takes some shoes out of the closet.
He inspects them very meticulously.
Then, he crawls in the closet.
He finds more shoes to inspect.
Wow...there are so many to choose from!
He crawls out and reaches for Daddy's belt on the back of the door...
and then he swings the door back and forth using the belt.
Nolan does this a few times and thinks it is so much fun!
That is our morning routine while Mommy is making the bed. Nolan even found a matching pair of shoes!
