Wrapping Presents

Nolan helped Mommy wrap some presents! He is such a super helper!

He loved carrying the wrapping paper around the house!

Using Utensils

Nolan loves using utensils and usually has one in his hand during every meal. Mommy and Daddy are trying to get Nolan to use his spoon independently with his yogurt since it sticks so well to the spoon. Nolan tries so hard and is so proud of himself. Lots of yogurt landed on Nolan and the tray, but he definitely gets an A for effort!

Nolan took a bath right after eating, so he didn't use a bib. He typically wears a bib for every meal...bibs are essential when Nolan is eating!

Baking Day

Mommy had her annual family bake-a-thon on Saturday. Nolan stopped by with Daddy for a short visit. He will be a great helper in future years for sure!

We made 17 different kinds of Christmas cookies and baked from the morning until the night. We made lots of plates to share with family, friends and neighbors. Nolan tried a few different kinds but is not much of a cookie guy...he likes to stick with freeze pops, Italian ice and sherbet.

Music and Helping

Nolan loves to make music! He loves banging things together and tapping things, too. Here, he used the stick from his wooden stacking rings and the base of his pound-a-ball game and walked around the house making beautiful music. He was so excited!

Nolan took a break from his music to help make some cookie dough (after sorting the mail). He really loved the butter box and the vanilla.

Nolan loves to help in the kitchen!

Ready To Bake!

Nolan looks at the tree every morning and then heads straight for the lazy susan cabinet. He was such a good helper when Mommy was getting ready to make her cookie dough for the annual bake-off. He helped get the ingredients out of the cabinet!

Nolan's Latest Discovery...

What a perfect cabinet! Nolan takes out spices, cake mixes and anything else he can find. He LOVES his newest discovery...that cabinet is right at Nolan's level! How exciting!
