Third of July Party

We went to Aunt Mar and Uncle Ron's house for a party on July 3rd. It was an evening party, so Nolan took a late nap and was ready to go when he woke up. He was so excited to wear his new firetruck shirt and play with his trucks.
Nolan loves his new garbage truck that is just like the real trucks that come to our house.
Nolan pointed to the firetruck on his shirt.

Aunt Mar held Nolan for the beginning of the fireworks.

Then, he sat with GG for the rest of the show.

He was in awe of the colors in the sky.

Nolan loved the fireworks!

He pointed with excitement at the beautiful display.

Nolan and GG were so sweet together.

The lights were so pretty in the sky!

Nolan went inside later on to check out the big bird house.

He was still in awe of the patriotic activities.

Nolan found Aunt Mar's hidden cabinet.

He found the Tupperware, too.

Nolan went back to the lighted glass cabinet that he discovered on Mother's Day.

He put the plates in and out many times.

Nolan was so worn out from the party and fell fast asleep before we left the subdivision.

Thanks so much, Aunt Mar and Uncle Ron, for a great patriotic party!

Baking for Pops

Nolan loves to help in the kitchen, so he was so excited to make some chocolate chip cookies for Pops. His birthday was last Saturday, so we made a special batch of homemade cookies to surprise Pops with one of his favorite treats. Nolan put some special touches on the cookies, and Pops said they were delicious! Happy Birthday, Pops! We love you!

Friday Family Fun

The Wisconsin O'Sheas came to town on Friday night for Jack O'Shea's graduation party (which was on Saturday). So, a few relatives went to Pops and MoMo's house for some splashing fun at the pool.

Nolan was so excited to have Rose and Uncle Bill at his picnic table. The pizza was so yummy!

Ellen and Nolan played cars...they look like ninja turtles in their swimsuits!
They were very deep in conversation...

Nolan's muscles look great in his water suit!

Nolan and Ellen played musical chairs.

The chairs are just the right size!

MoMo played cars with Nolan.

Kevin played cars with Nolan.

Nolan loved playing cars with everyone!

Kevin, Ellen and Nolan played in the little pool.

Splashing with cousins is so much fun!

Nolan loves to lick Pops and MoMo's screen.

Uncle Mike played hiding games with the cars...Nolan thought it was so much fun!

Nolan and Ellen ran around in their jammies.

They had one last conversation before going home to bed.

Congratulations, Jack! Good luck at Br. Rice!

Hanging Out At Home

Nolan spends just about every waking hour of his day outside. He loves his outside toys, loves swimming and playing with water, loves eating at his picnic table and loves visiting with neighbors and friends. He is an outdoor guy! Nolan and Daddy went in the little pool tonight...along with Nolan's favorite cars! Nolan LOVES his cars and trucks!
He had lots of fun splashing Daddy!
He put some gas in his lawn mower. Nolan poured water on his slide and had lots of fun splashing.

He pointed out the birds, bunnies and squirrels in our yard.

Nolan took some rides in his Cozy Coupe.

He brought his cars with him.

Riding with cars is so much fun!

Nolan loves to open and close the car door and get in and out lots of times!

He loves playing with the hose, especially when he can sneak in a quick drink of water!

Nolan carried his garbage truck around all day and night.

He is so happy outside.

Nolan saw a squirrel up on a telephone wire.

He loves pointing to things and gets so excited to show everyone else his discoveries.

We love summer and are so glad the warm weather is here to stay!

Hanging At The Pool

Nolan is having a ball at Pops and MoMo's pool! He had lots of fun sending his cars down the slide into the baby pool! He had more dark chocolate raisins with Pops.
Life is good!

Nolan's rear looks great in a swim diaper! He has quite the physique!

This is one of Nolan's new positions with his hands behind his back.
