Boo At The Zoo!

We went to Boo At The Zoo at Brookfield Zoo today. It was a blast, and we had so much fun being outside. It was a crisp, cool, fall day! Nolan wore his Halloween costume and was so warm and toasty! Our little pumpkin!
Nolan hung out in the hay. He tried to eat it.
He liked to touch it.

It was a beautiful day, and there were so many fun costumes to see. We had a great time!

Funny Glasses

Nolan received lots of tricks and treats at the Halloween Party on Friday night, including these funny glasses. They are quite a good look!

Cousins In Costumes

We went to a family Halloween Party at The Dittys house on Friday night. It was fun to see the cousins in their cute Halloween costumes! It was difficult to get a group picture. Nolan was ready for bed and totally overwhelmed when he arrived, and Alexis did not want any part of a group picture. Kylie was pretty good about sitting, and Johnny stayed for a short while. Mommy managed to get a few photos as the natives became very restless!

It was fun to get together. Mommy used to get together with all of her cousins in Halloween costumes every year at Grandma O'Shea's house. It was fun to carry on that tradtition with Mommy's cousins' children. We are loving our fall festivities!

Feeling Fit On Friday

Nolan is so fit and agile! He can move his body in so many ways. He pulls himself up at least one hundred times each day, and he is constantly on the move in every which way.

He stands... He moves the furniture...
He wedges himself between the chair and the window...

He stands at the window and smiles at his reflection (and everything else he sees outside)...

He kneels with no hands...

He reads many books...

He plays with his toys (he loves the popper toy)...

He kneels while he plays.

Nolan has so much energy and just goes, goes, goes all day long! He is so much fun!

Gym Class Fun

Nolan had a great time at his gym class today. He was climbing everywhere and enjoyed the obstacle course. It was a fun day!

Terrific Tuesday

We had a terrific Tuesday yesterday.

Nolan had fun reading his zoo book. He let go and stood on his own...this is happening more and more lately!
Nolan played with his push toy.

His shiner is a bit better...he is black and blue under his right eye but is healing nicely.
