Tool Box

Uncle Bill brought Nolan a new tool box, and he thinks it is the greatest thing. He carries it all around the house while putting things in and taking them out. It is great to have another toy to bang around and make noises with! Thanks, Uncle Bill! You have really added to Nolan's daily fun!

Parade Day

We went to the 9:00 a.m. Irish Mass at St. Catherine's on Sunday before getting ready to go to the South Side Irish Parade. Nolan was burning up with bright red ears and cheeks during Mass, so Mommy took his temperature when we got home. He had a fever and was really clingy, so that changed our plans. Mommy and Nolan stayed home while Daddy went to hang out with his family and friends. Mommy made lots of Irish Soda Bread for family, friends and neighbors. Nolan wore his Irish shirt and diaper all day to try and cool off.
He played in his new hiding spot.
He had a concert with his new Hallmark Easter bunny.

Nolan looked through some photo albums that he found on the bottom shelf of the end table.

He took the pillows off the sofa and climbed near the table.

He looked in his baskets to find the perfect toys.

Nolan was so red!

He had another concert with the bunny and chicken while holding his tooth brush.

He took the chicken down while brushing his teeth.

Daddy had fun at the parade and parties. Mommy and Nolan made the most of their day at home while cooling off and getting rid of the fever. Nolan is feeling much better!

Working In The Yard

We worked in the yard on Saturday and started some outdoor spring cleaning. Nolan was so excited to help and use his new tools. His new rake works very well!

Bananas!

Nolan LOVES bananas! He eats a banana for breakfast every morning. He holds it all by himself and eats it in less than one minute! It is pretty funny to watch!

Friday Fun

Nolan was so excited to eat his breakfast near the window on Friday...he loves to watch the birds, squirrels and bunnies. He was so happy! He was also excited to play with his new shovel...he will be busy helping Mommy and Daddy with yard work this spring!
Mommy made lots of Irish Soda Bread, and Nolan had fun watching it cook in the oven.

Nolan's New Hiding Spot

Nolan loves playing hide and seek, and he has found a new spot...behind an end table in our living room. He squeezes between the sofa and end table and loves to put things back there.

Nolan played with his stacking blocks behind the table and sofa for the longest time!

Nolan's New Toy...

The keyboard! Nolan loves to help Mommy when she is working on the computer. Yesterday, Mommy was emailing MoMo, and Nolan pressed some keys to send MoMo an important message. MoMo had a brainstorm and brought Nolan an old computer keyboard home from her work. She cleaned it up, and Nolan thinks it is perfect. She stopped by last night to give Nolan his new toy, and he had a permanent smile on his face! Nolan made a beeline for his new toy this morning when he came downstairs.
He carried it around the family room.

He typed while watching Toot and Puddle.

This keyboard is great!

The keys are so much fun, and Nolan LOVES to point!
