We had the busiest day today. It was Super Saturday for Daddy's St. Catherine softball league, and his team won the championship. Go Big Red! Mommy and Nolan watched three games today. Nolan had lots of fun at the baseball fields. It was a long day, and he was such a trooper!Nolan is the Red Team's good luck charm...he saw four games this season, and they won every game!
He loved crawling around in the grass.
Nolan crawled close to the left field line, so Mommy had to turn him around a few times to avoid baby interference!
Nolan had a great time pulling up on coolers and getting his own ice cubes.
He thought it was really cool!

Daddy was so happy when his team won the championship!
Here are the members of the Red Team.
Nolan ran the bases for the first time.
He was safe!
We went to our cousins' birthday party...Rose is turning 8 and Ellen is turning 1! Nolan was pretty good considering that he only had one nap early in the morning, had been outside all day and is teething. So much for the second bath...Nolan was super clean in a new outfit and was filthy dirty within minutes of crawling around at the birthday party. MoMo gave Nolan a quick third bath in the sink at the party before putting on his jammies since Mommy knew he would fall asleep on the way home. Nolan didn't even make it that long...he was sleeping without finishing his bottle and snuggled with MoMo for a little bit before going home to bed.
Nolan stayed asleep while being transferred from his car seat to his bed and immediately rolled over into his sleeping position. This may have been the longest awake day of Nolan's life. He was truly exhausted!
Happy Birthday Ellen and Rose! We had a great Saturday with beautiful weather!
